    getting really annoyed with swagbucks ds with the blackcards with question marks on sent me to survey dashboard at the end so nothing for that then did ds on kitchen appliance repairs and after answer all about my appliances and repairs DQd me when I put in where I bought my hob from so waste of time and then about 10 DQd from every other ds im sick now:(

    Ah I see, my mistake, sorry. But yeah it does seem like most of the survey providers have multiple steps. Still seems Clixsense etc. have been working for those according to feedback on here. Hopefully Swagbucks can get them functioning better.
    This is complicated so usually DS points are immediate, but this may take time. And you only got the Rocket Mail one yesterday. Inbox surveys are known to take time. It's too soon to assume it wont credit.
    Agreed. Though all of the other surveys I've taken that didn't fail to redirect back to Swagbucks also said it would take "3-5 business days" to credit but did within the hour.. I guess that often is the case for others so people can't help feeling its a bad omen... :eek:

    Still, the reason I haven't said anything to support is because of that message saying to wait (then I forget what survey it was for that failed to redirect anyway and just carry on until I get another broken survey, rinse and repeat :rotfl:It'd be nice if there was a better record of what you've done and what's pending as silverfairy said).

    It's just a shame that it seems quite rare, for ones that don't go back to the Swagbucks "Success" page, to actually credit at a later date, I think I've only had maybe 1 credit later out of the many that went to a blank or third-party "Thanks" page. I haven't been keeping track, and there's no way for me to check via Swagbucks, but the person on Facebook who mentioned only later getting credit for 1 out of 6 failed redirect surveys in 2 weeks seems to reflect my personal experience sadly. :(

    I understand it's likely different for others though. Still it'd be awesome if there were more tracking so it can be worked out on an individual basis. Right now it's difficult to get support about it since it's very random and screenshots of blank pages or generic "Thanks for taking part" landing pages aren't much of an evidence/record...
    So Swagbucks is a huge pain, but I'm trying to be positive.:)

  • I got that daily survey, sent a screenshot of the end page that never returns you back to swagbucks to be credited. Please post your complaints on facebook to nick.

    What browsers are you all using? I mean those of you who are getting blank screens.

    Reason I'm asking is that I'm on the latest Firefox and I've not had a single blankout or non-paid-credit.

    But I only started Tuesday so what do I know, its probably already been ruled out that its not a browser related thing, right?

    Its not browser related in this case - I use ff or chrome and have had the blank screen problem on both over the last week or so.

    Latest Firefox yep. Love Firefox. :D Latest Flash update and Java too.
    But yeah I still get the blanks/non-redirects, it depends on the survey and how it communicates with the server I think (which is intermittent so doesn't always happen even on the same surveys for all people). I've done lots of surveys with no problems, including some ones that others reported as not crediting, but then other times got blanked on a survey that quite a few others had trouble with randomnly.

    Just came online and been offered the movie DS 3 times and dq'd 3 times! 3rd time was saying the video of a train was......of a train! Goals are 80 and 150 today!

    Edit: TS 88sb also over quoata!

    i use firefox and have got the dreaded white screen at the end of a survey, also videos won't play for me.
