  • Sounds true rao.
I've been lucky that only a couple times surveys haven't credited for me on SB. That movie one a couple of weeks back stuck for others and me on the lion page frozen, but then I had it again and it went through and credited.
  • 6 Non crediting in 2weeks is terrible. I bet that would make him wary of trying to complete a DS.

Just had a DS on food hygiene in public places, but then it asks a few different random q's, was short and easy.

Sounds like it's definitely a intermittent problem with surveys communicating with Swagbucks server/system then causing no redirect/points. Judging by comments in this thread though it seems like some are finding Swagbucks saying its the survey makers responsibility and the survey makers are saying its Swagbucks...

    EDIT:
Someones post on the UK Facebook, really sums up how frustrating it is:

This survey was more complicated because Toluna is intermediary. Survey site had to report back to Toluna and then Toluna report back again to Swags. 3 different sites.

By the sound of it this hasn't worked immediately-as it should. Hopefully, they will sort this and credit everyone.

I find it's kind of random to be honest rather than specific to one survey maker. I guess because most surveys are run by different third party research/polling sites away from Swagbucks (like with Toluna). The 2 recent ones for me that did this was a Daily Survey Sampliciou.us one and a RoiRocketMail hosted one Swagbucks sent to UK peoples inbox.

It doesn't always happen with me with Toluna either but there is a chance, it's very intermittent, hopefully Swagbucks and the survey makers communicate better with each other to work out what needs to be changed in the end-code to more efficiently redirect/count points. :(

One problem with all Swagbucks surveys is that there is no way of seeing what is completed and awaiting payment. It would probably lessen the frustrations if there was a pending.awaiting or completed page within the ledgers.Toluna's own site & ipoll who offer most of the TS and Valued Opinions who offer a lot of the Peanuts labs all have that facility so you know where you are up to.

Haven't posted on here for ages but have been reading. I too am on the quest for a discounted £25 Amazon card, but I'm going to struggle. I need an average of 200 per day, on weekdays I only have an hour or so to spare, and I'm away and internet-less next weekend. Typically today I have been DQ'd from every survey going!

What I'm saying is it wasn't any one survey maker. It was THREE survey makers- Toluna, Swagbucks and Netlios survey. It redirected *through* Toluna . This is complicated so usually DS points are immediate, but this may take time.

And you only got the Rocket Mail one yesterday. Inbox surveys are known to take time. It's too soon to assume it wont credit.

So Swagbucks is a huge pain, but I'm trying to be positive.:)
