Think it is on the facebook page.your user name will be found under the My Settings tab, beneath your name and sb total at the top right of the page, then the My Account tab,hat is where your adddress and personal details show.

Just came online to say I also did this TS, but it didn't credit so have to put in a ticket, can you please give me the survey number please vampire-girl? I remembered others having this survey before and saying it never credited for them, so maybe should have left it, tho see it does credit some lol. Reached first goal of 90, but second is 160 again and that survey would have done it.

Also I just got the best brainjucer ever of a Lego advert with you got a friend in me from Toy Story as the backing. Needless to say I said I loved it but at the end they said I didn't fit their profile. What a way to end a beautiful survey.
