  • Is it just me? My £25 Amazon voucher needs an email to approve AGAIN. Last month I had to email to approve and was told it was because I was using "unauthorised viewing methods" on SBTV. Needless to say I am not - or at least don't know what that means. THis month I have hardly used SBTV. Does anyone else keep getting this problem? Its beginning to annoy me now

What do you mean? All cashouts need you to verify your order, do you mean something else?

Hmm... Maybe something's gone wrong during the later morning - I did my 10 games between 9:30 and 10:00

I mean that I verify the order as usual which then goes to verified and then shortly changes to email for approval. I then need to send a ticket in. Happened last 2 times for amazon vouchers. I am not doing anything wrong as far as I am aware.

Oh very unusual, I've never heard of it, mind you I literally do not use SBTV.

Maybe you could ask them why this keeps happening? x
