Anyone else ever had an official response from them stating can take up to six weeks from some companies to credit from surveys?
Seems to me a fob off and hoping you wont chase and give up.

I share your sentiments about that financial products one today. It was freaking long, kept going round and around on the "What word describes this the MOST and which one the LEAST", I thought I'd never get out of it! Then after so much time being met with a blank page and no credit... The trouble is I'm not sure you can tell which will do this until the end? Is there a particular survey site that Swagbucks refers to that is doing this that we can avoid as soon as we see it in the address bar?

I don't use Facebook and don't hold out much hope for the on-site support considering others responces, I hope they reply to you there.

No, there's no way of telling before you start. It's something to do with the survey host (toluna?) not linking back to swagbucks I believe

Just had a reply from Nick on Facebook - quote 'looking into this now'.

My response - 'Thank you Nick - there's been a lot of unhappy people who have had this issue over the past few days, as I'm sure you're aware of from the posts on here, and it's good to hear that you are looking into it as I know that you will want a speedy resolution to the problem just as much as everyone else. Can you give us any time scales as to when this will be resolved?'

I await his reply ......

I'm guessing if the survey is complete they will use the results though.

its got to be a SB redirect problem cos had no problems doing surveys on Clix

Not just Facebook, but many of us on here have contacted them to say we have not been credited because the page has gone blank at the end of the survey, and often from reading these posts it is obvious that it is particular surveys that are doing it. They must know, as there must be many others who are not on this forum also complaining about the same thing? I wonder if they just choose not to do anything about it? Thanks Paul.

Unfortunately, Nick won't have anything to do with MSE. I think he may read the posts, but the only way that anyone can raise an issue with him directly is via the Facebook page.
