I've just been offered a daily which started by saying it would "only" take about an hour to complete depending on your answers. Luckily I'm at goal and I'm not that desperate.

I got one today that said 35 minutes. I closed it straight down!

Just posted this on the Facebook page -

"I am furious - I have just spent 40 minutes completing a Daily Survey (Hall and Co about financial products), only to get a blank screen at the end and not be redirected to Swagbucks. Nick, this has happened to numerous people and is totally unacceptable. There isn't even anything you can take a screenshot of to put in a ticket. Many people have commented about this on here and on MSE over the past few days. Can you please confirm what Swagbucks are doing about it. This is a direct problem with the survey company linking back to Swagbucks and it needs to be sorted out as a matter of urgency between Swagbucks and the host survey company."

    and......

"and to make matters even worse, I've just completed a second daily survey only to get a blank white screen at the end. This is now an hour of my day totally wasted through absolutely no fault of my own. I am sure I'm not the only one who is very angry with the way these surveys are not linking back to Swagbucks"
    Swagbucks joined 5th July 2012 - Earned 2012: Amazon - £300 - 2013: Amazon - £610

    2014 - Swagbucks £75 Neobux $102 Clixsense $67
    2014 goal £180/600

Thanks Paul for querying what most of us get extremely frustrated with. We give considerable time, and bearing in mind that they make the lion's share of the profit, at least they can do is make sure the surveys are working correctly.

I have contacted Nick also about this today also. He seems a bit not bothered by his comments sometimes on facebook in my opinion. Someone had a go at him on my behalf as a response to my post today venting their frustration about these blank screen surveys.

I will not let this drop - it's totally unacceptable, and I'm sure that I will get 'sorry there's nothing we can do about it because we don't host the surveys' but I'm sorry as well, our 'contract' is with swagbucks. If we were doing the surveys directly with the survey companies, then we would contact them direct - we have no way to contact them, and so Swagbucks must make representations on behalf of their customers.

Also it's not acceptable, in my opinion, for the Managing Director of Swagbucks UK to not be bothered about it

I can appreciate that sometimes there can be glitches, but this has been happening far too frequently recently and there have been quite a few posts on Facebook about it. I see this morning Nick asked if it had happened to anyone else. I ask myself how many times does something have to be posted on Facebook before anyone takes any notice.

I'm waiting for Nick's response and I will post on here to let everyone know

Go for it, Nick is being moaned at constantly on facebook about blank screens when you should be directed back to swagbucks for credit. I complained about an ipsos mori survey, contacted them about this but got a bs response about waiting a while for it to credit? All surveys i have done credit straight away when they do credit...
Nick then said for me to contact them about the issue. I had already done this and so someone on my behalf had a right go earlier.

I appreciate that we're dealing with technology and sometimes things can go wrong, but this seems to be an ongoing problem. What I do detest is being fobbed off and seeing others being fobbed off too. Rant over

I'm new to Swagbucks, just started going heavily into it this week and have had about 3 surveys go to a white blank page at the end with "Thank you" in the heading and no Swagbucks once I checked my account. I had thought maybe it just meant that it would take time to be credited. I'm really annoyed that isn't the case.

I share your sentiments about that financial products one today. It was freaking long, kept going round and around on the "What word describes this the MOST and which one the LEAST", I thought I'd never get out of it! Then after so much time being met with a blank page and no credit... The trouble is I'm not sure you can tell which will do this until the end? Is there a particular survey site that Swagbucks refers to that is doing this that we can avoid as soon as we see it in the address bar?

I don't use Facebook and don't hold out much hope for the on-site support considering others responces, I hope they reply to you there.
  • Nick has replied.......

I've had 3 of the white screen of death surveys, i never got paid for them even days or weeks later.

No point putting in tickets to be fobbed off.
