Yes I had this recently. I emailed and put in a ticket. Eventually got a reply a few days later. The reason - they claimed my account had been flagged for "SBTV viewing irregularities". Have no idea what that is. Have asked for an explanation but not recieved one. I did get my voucher though.

about sbtv, does it automatically stop you after you have got 150 sb from it or do you have to keep an eye on it yourself?

Thanks for that Victor, puts my mind at rest a little. Not aware I have been doing anything I shouldn't, but have been using SBTV more than I did at first, so perhaps that is it.

I've only ever got to 150 once, and yes, it does tell you you can't earn anymore.

Just got to 90% on sbtv started video number 10 and it went back to 0% (and needless to say no credit) grrr. Feeling unimpressed today.

Also did a 1 minute TS for a pathetic 8sb and that didn't credit either

Same here.

Also did a survey from the main page and that hasn't credited.

Yes that is very unfair. I suspect mine is the lower one as I haven't been on in a while, that makes it worse, it is terrible that they give the regulars higher goals.

Anyone else getting problems with the home page vids today?
In safari browser 1 sb vids come up but when you click they just go to the a blank screen and in ie or chrome browsers you sometimes get some 2 sb vids but then there gone?

at 230 already and reached my second goal did a little webcam survey watching promotional videos it was kinda fun never done one of those before and it lasted just afew mins. i'll keep running sbtv on the tablet but i won't try anything else. good luck everyone with reaching your first or second goal.
