I don't like the way that all goals are totally different for people. They tried this before with personalised goals and it didn't go down well.
I prefer all members to be treated equally.

when I first started doing SB they did not have goals you just earned
what ever you could

I haven't been on SB for a while but looked today as I wanted to start again at the beginning of a month. What have they done to it??? I don't like it lol.

Is the smaller goal 1 the same number for everyone? I do like that idea as does it mean you still get a small bonus even if you don't reach the total goal?

I agree with Cally too. This is very unfair. If I turned up at work and got told that since I'd worked really hard and achieved good results for the last year I could do an extra hour or two a day I'd be furious. If on top of that I was told the slackers could take time off but would still get the same bonus I'd explode.... perhaps we could email swagbucks and suggest they look into a new pay structure for their staff based on the goal system they're forcing on their users!

No. Some people have got 30 some people have got 100. Incredibly unfair

I also agree, they should have a same low goal for everyone such as 70 and then allows people to still get their same monthly bonuses, and then a separate higher goal with extra bonuses if others want to achieve that.

Mine is 100 and total 230, I usually aim for 150-200 a day but last few days have had more due to vids.

of your goal is 30 your (daily) bonus is 3, if your goal is 100 your bonus in 10.
