Hi,does my redundancy and 2 weeks holiday payment affect my claim of contribution-based JSA after 10 yrs work?

    No it does not. You might not get payment for the 2 weeks back holiday pay but I don't suppose that woud matter too much...after 10 years work you need a holiday. After 6 months you'll go onto income based JSA and if it appears at that time that you have been giving money away or paying off loans early to be entitled to that then it's likely you won't get any JSA then. You may continue spending at the same rate you always have.
