Problems with PC not starting up. Not much happening. Power light comes on but monitor light then flashes (As if it's being turned off), nothing comes up on screen. This is a replacement pc that I've only had since end January. Had a complete nightmare with the manufacturer to get this replacement (very long story), and would rather try and resolve this myself if possible, as I really have lost hope with them. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! PS I've checked the monitor, and it works with another pc, so it's not the monitor.

Maybe a PSU issue, powers up but power fades due to a duff psu.0
