Trying to upgrade to Paintshop Pro X6

I hope someone can give me a work round to this problem.
I currently have Paintshop Pro X4 Ultimate. Corel have offered me X6 Ultimate at a pre-release fee of £49.99, this offer being available until 3rd September.
I clicked on the upgrade button and the fee was £59.99! There was a panel there stating that owners of previous versions (X3 Pro and up) could get 25% off, to bring the price down to £49.99, but no link or promo code. I have even been as far as the checkout to see if the price went down but it didn't.
The annoying thing is that my neighbour upgraded yesterday and had no problem.
Their call desk is closed until Monday 2nd, and there seems to be no help on-line referring to special offers. All they offer is online help with the software itself.
Has anyone else bought this or had this problem and sorted it out?
If it was just a matter of £5.00 extra, I probably would just go ahead but a difference of £15.00 is different!

Yes, it does look like I will have to contact them Monday, which will be difficult as I will be out most of the day.
The EXTRA10 promo states available to 30 August, so is out of date. I am after the 25% off deal to existing users.0
