Weird PPI situation HELP PLEASE

  • thanks for link up between our two very similar cases, mine is the one with barclays using my wifes ppi to offset a defunct loan.

    I noticed as well that barclays after the DRO had expired did not update the credit report and still have not done it and that was nearly 16 months ago. They still show the default which is correct, however, they still show the amount as still outstanding. Surely it should read as satisified or partially satisfied? Also, cause it is still shown as outstanding barclays carry on recording the account every month as a number '8'. Surely this is hurting my wifes credit file more and more?

    I have today sent a formal letter to barclays requesting an immediate refund off all ppi monies.

    Wait and see as the saying goes.......
