Suggestions for a suitable location ?

me and hubbie want to go abroad with our nearly 5 year old son, we like portugal but open to anything really that is self catering flying from Bristol and good for children as in pools, etc. Dates flexible but prob May/June out of school holidays. Anyone got any advice please on where we might be able to go. Plus not too far on plane so ideally less than 3 hours flying.

Any of the Balearics are worth a look at. Lots of resorts in Majorca, Menorca is smaller, but we preferred it. Quiet in May/June too.
