Question about ccj dates

I had a ccj that's on my credit files. The court date was apparently

Type: County Court Judgment Paid
Court Date: 05/11/2007
Date Satisfied: 26/03/2008

On my other file with noddle, is says judgement date same as court date above and same date satisfied.

Just confused if its 6 years from court or judgement date is drops off or 6 years after satisfied date?

6 years from the court/judgement date, so that one will drop off in November this year.

I don't know if it drops off if it is not cleared in balance though. But doesn't concern you as you have paid it. :)

Drops off whether paid or not.

It was paid 6 weeks later. Would have been paid immediately but I wasn't notified of the ccj for a few weeks after. I thought I was still in dispute over a utility bill with someone looking into it for me, and they had already gone to court :-/
If I had found this site back then I would have dealt with it differently as I was screwed over a debt that was in someone else's name but I changed the account to my name after they passed.
