I've recently been appointed Deputy to manage my mother's finances. I have just cancelled her CPP. Will I still be able to claim for mis-selling on her behalf?

The executor of the estate can deal with complaints. Obviously, they have more limitations when complaining. They can't describe conversations for example or make allegations of wrong doing in what was said. However, they can make complaints about technical/factual failings.

Or the executor can wait as unlike PPI, the CPP issue is going to be pro-active in contacting those involved.
