    You'd need to contact ebay to get it removed. They don't always remove them though.

    Yep. If you click Customer Support at the top, then it'll take you to find an answer - click the tab next to that which says Contact Ebay. If you go to selling and then the link that says about Feedback it'll then bring up options on the right for Chat with Ebay.

    This has happened to me a few times. I always phone ebay as they are much more helpful than live chat (it's usually quicker too). I've never had feedback removed via live chat.

    However, in my experience, ebay will always expect you to make contact with the buyer first to see if there have been any problems and to see if they will agree to a revision request. If the buyer is unresponsive, I've asked ebay to contact the buyer on my behalf before, and that's been successful on a few occasions.
  • Before you contact eBay, have you contacted the buyer?

    Just a quick email to ask was the neg left in error as they seemed pleased with the item.

    The chances are it was a mistake and they may be open to a feedback revision request.
