  • Managed to make approx £35 on fleabay last night, verry happy with that.

Got an email this morning from a diary survey thing I did with a £35 M&S code attached to it. Forgot all about it so over the moon.

10p roadkill, well, garden kill. Found whilst hanging out the washing. I assume its come from DH's trousers from clothes previously hung out. Mine now. :D

Feeling MUCH better today. Seems to be a gradual thing that is improving each day. Back to the docs on Thursday so i'm hoping to get the all clear to go back to work. I'm still pretty exhausted. but thats the tablets.

Will add my £70.10p to my sig now.

Managed to get 15 listings done yesterday, plus a few relistings so fingers crossed I can boost my total before the end of the month! :D

  • Does anyone have any advice on selling laptop PCs? Want to make sure all data is cleared and see if I can get something for them?

    Thanks

glad to hear you are feeling better CP, PM me your email address.

Flying Donkeys - will respond on here to April's question. Yes, we sell on selling pages on Facebook. You can start your own which I did a year ago or look for local selling pages - type in your area and buy, sell, wanted. ie London buy sell wanted and it will bring up a list of selling pages in your area hopefully.

It is free to sell on them and payment is usually cash on collection.

for the laptop I suggest reformatting the hard drive at least 7 times to get rid of any data on there. You will be surprised how much can be found with only just one reformat. You could try selling on ebay there are people on there who buy for spares or if working.

I got 11p just now on qmee searching for H&M :D

emmaglet - maximiles does sainsburys vouchers, have you tried looking on ebay? see if anyone selling any cheap. do you do mysurvey? they pay in nectar points. not sure about ipsos.

have you looked at consumer pulse and shop and scan/pinecone. since they changed the format they have added more voucher redemption sites.

I've just added £10.24 to my sig, made up of another £1.20 from eBay and the rest from Santander 123 cashback, got a bit more this month as paid a quarterly home phone bill last month and this gets 3 per cent cash back.

Better than a slap in the face -- is that the expression? :)

    Signed up for Qmee.

Listed some books and DVDs on we buy books -- will take one more to get me to the £15 threshold and this will hopefully come into next month's efforts. I did get to about £18 but decided I can't bear to part with some of the books/DVDs that added up to that total -- need another good one, some of the prices are better than would have got at car boot.

Very pleased (but slightly knackered from working f/t and having 2 kids and a dog!) to be nearing £600 for this month.

    Loads more to do though.

Thanks everyone for being so inspirational xx

  • By the way, if any of you lovely people have a student NUS card, co-op are now offering student discount. 10%. First supermarket to ever get on board.

I know its money saving not money making (sorry Aesop), however i thought it could be useful to someone :D

Got paid my overtime today, so £75 to add. I've done quite well for my first attempt. I think I shall try the whole £310 for next month!
