I found some brown packing tape in my Protein Works protein powder, so contacted them to tell them, and they've sent me another bag for free with next day delivery, worth £15.98 and it's saved me placing an order, as I was running low and was going to have to place an order in the next week anyway
happy days! 
and my mum has just handed me 2 packets of ham worth £5 for my lunch, she knows how expensive a ketogenic diet is bless her.
All this gives me a not to shabby starting total of £42.63
