Morning all,
Two lovely emails from iPoll this morning stating that they'd sent me £30.99 x 2, plus some eBay sales mean I've got another £80.38 to add, bringing my total for the month so far to £227.37.
I feel as though I've not no more tricks up my sleeve though. I've got a £4 MS and £1.50 referral to pay out, another £2 MS, £30 Quidco that may or may not arrive this month and a yard sale next weekend. Most of my decent stuff has now sold on eBay.
BF is working nights until Monday, so I'm really going to focus on the *telesales*. I've got about £15 so far but you need £150 to withdraw (I think? Could anyone clarify?)I like to make money
Best wins: £3,000 luxury holiday, holiday in Cornwall, £250 Murad Skincare hamper, angle grinder

Been reading your diary. You are so inspirational considering the amount of bad luck you have had. You deserve some happiness.
CP xx
Ah thank you CP! I don't think I'm inspirational, just doing what anyone else would do I think. If it wasn't for bad luck I'd have no luck at all though!!! Pop on and say hello on my diary anytime XxFantastic news PLMBL :T:T:T Please vote everyone xxx

Got £410 to add from the deposit from my flat that I got back yesterday after much arguement. I had a pretty dodgy landlord who didnt put my deposit into one of the protection schemes so I didn't really expect to see my deposit. YEY!
Also got £2.50 to add from using nectar points on shopping.

DS1 is currently leading the Little Heroes competition!! It ends on Friday and I'm desperate to keep him there. For any newbies to this month's thread, DS1 is 8 years old and found his Dad having a seizure on the kitchen floor. He called 999, telling them everything they needed to know, and then looked after his baby brother until the paramedics and I arrived. I'm so proud of him. If he wins he gets a family holiday! I have no idea how you guys do this! I'm not very good at it yet. So far I have £1.20 which I found in 20p's in my sports bag that I used to use for lockers, and a friend gave me 5p at lunch time as I was short by that amount for buying lunch (I should however be taking a packed lunch! Old habits die slowly.) I won't formally join this challenge, but I will however keep in my signature what I serendipitously come across like this. I am yet to have found any roadkill despite having been looking out for it like a hawk. When I was at school, me and a friend (he unfortunately used to get bullied for it
) would go around the school at lunch time and pick up coppers (or anything better we found too of course). It was a brilliant place for it - no kids would be seen picking up a 1p or a 2p. We used to make almost 50p/day doing that. He made over £1 on some days.
Wondering which school to walk into first and if I'll get arrested.....;)
Seriously though, there are plenty of adults like this. I've picked up over £16 this year so far in pure roadkill - the vast majority in 1p, 2p and 5p coins because people just will not pick them up. Mental! I love finding them! I even found a 20p covered in dust and dirt purely because I spotted the edge sticking out in a car park when most of the coin was buried and I spotted a 5p in a dirty puddle. Drives hubby bonkers - we're a little competitive and I'm somewhat of a roadkill lunatic....! :cool:Credit Card Freedom gained 14 Feb 2014!!Total Debt Freedom gained 29 Apr 2014!!Savings goal 30/9/23: £72,000/£538,001.....yes I'm serious!Total Debt August 2013: [STRIKE]$21,587[/STRIKE] April 2014: $0!!!!:j0 -
Hi to all
£60 to add from my extra jobs and another £40 from the bay sales
So pleased with that.
These new Bay fees are a killer. I am only selling things for £20 and over and waiting for free listing as I really think its not worth the hassle wrapping posting and keeping the buyers happy for much less.
Good luck to all

Won £10 on the lotto! But I have to split it with the other half so £5 to my total.
Also quite exciting, finally got around to sorting through a small bag of jewellery I inherited when my step-gran died about 5 years ago (had been stored in the garage). Most of it is cheap stuff, but googled something that looked interesting and it turns out it's a gold sovereign from 1965!! So might have that valued in town to see if anywhere will buy it off me (It's mounted on a necklace so apparently that lowers it's value).0
