Hello
I have an outlook email address, linked to my ISP, ending @blueyonder.co.uk
I have had this for many years.
I sent an email today, well several to be exact, to somebody who has a 'hotmail.co.uk' email address. For some reason, there is now an image being sent with my email. It's actually my grandson, but I don't want to be sending 'picture' emails to everybody.
I never added his picture to my emails and nobody else has, so I have obviously no idea how to remove it.
can anybody please help .... why is it now there and how do I remove it.
thanks !

Do you mean outlook the program, or outlook the web-based email?
For the program, click "New Mail" at the top left, then in the middle, "Signatures" then select "Signatures..." and delete the picture in there
For web-based, click the cog at the top right, "More mail settings", and under the "writing emails" header you will see "Formatting, font, and signature"0
