Hi, some time ago i received a floral arrangement with "curly" bamboo in it , since then its been in a vase of water growing slowly but now all of a sudden it has a huge amount of roots.
Does it need planting properly and can it be planted outside ?

'Lucky Bamboo' when it has roots can be potted in soil. It's a houseplant in UK.0
