I'm hoping to come to a family agreement with the PWC, the csa can work out my figure and then I pay her direct, I don't see why the government should take fees in the future

Thats the whole reason the CSA are introducing charges, to get grown adults to act their age lol. The CSA costs the taxpayer SO much money to administer the schemes when PWC and or NRP cant act reasonably.

I haven't once complained about payments?..I paid for years, it was the csa who said i was nil assessment a few weeks ago. I'm not prepared to give all my info over a forum.

What I'm asking is how do I check the csa have correctly skipped me from scheme to scheme in a matter of weeks.

I will pay for my children but how can the csa say one min you have a nil assessment then the next week it's over £300

It's a poorly run system and the new system doesn't look any better, taking 7% off PWC and 20% off NRP...

You are moaning you cant see why youve gone from paying nill to having to pay csa payment again , surely you child has cost the pwc money since your nil assessment ??
Csa is the minimum amount remember,
Ignore reality. There's nothing you can do about it.
    I have done reading too!
personally test's all her own finds
  • Sounds as though your old CS1 case was closed. The other party then went to re-open it, and the assumption at the time was that the reopened case would be on CS2, however all cases where there are two or more children are now on CMS 2012. This means any connected cases are also put onto the new system. There's no phasing at all on CMS 2012.

There's not really any need to check if you have been 'correctly skipped'. Your old (CS1) case closed. A new case has been opened. New cases where there are two or more children are set up on the new CMS 2012 system, therefore you are on the correct system.

When charging is introduced next year the cost to receiving parents will be 4%, and the cost to paying parents will be 20%. Either party will be able to request the case be set to direct pay - so long as the paying parent has been compliant then this would be allowed.

Funny - I suggested you did this weeks ago but you weren't prepared to. Now when it looks like you'll be assessed on 2012 rules you want a private arrangement!
