Wits End - Dividing Properties

Hopefully you fine people will be able to offer some assistance because the straw has finally broke this camels back.
Situation is the front of the property is not divided, not only that because the houses in question are on a corner plot it isn't so easy to just draw a line. The problem is no matter how many times I ask next door to not let their kids play cricket in front of the house they still do, my windows have been hit and now the back window of my car has been put through "accidently" throwing stones.
I have the land registry details for my house and theirs and other then a crude outline it doesn't really tell me much in terms of getting the divide spot on, how can I go about this?
I want to be able to do something without them being able to hold it up or make things difficult. I want to put in a dividing wall / fence / bush run that creates a clear divide and eliminates the ability for them to "wander" across, I also intend on sorting the drive way out in terms of tarmac etc...
Any advice?

I should have thought paying for the damage each time would have been a good enough incentive for their parents. Obviously they can afford it too easily.0
