Account Closed (Bank declined claim)

Wrote to barclays bank to claim charges on a current account which was closed in 2003 by the bank due to me going on DMP (debt management plan). Now they said I have gone over the 6 year claim time limit and I cannot claim, due to this. Please help, I am new to this forum. Thanks

They are right, you cant claim now because you were in a dmp then.
You cant claim historically. Game over Im afraid.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
