Okay, my statement this month is £35, I spent another £10 after my statement was produced which wont show till next month now (the £10) however if I pay £45 today it'll take both into consideration and I'll owe nothing next month when the statement is produced (dont plan on using the card again before this)
Figures are examples only by the way. I'd expected the £10 to go onto this months statement but for some reason it didn't go on when it was produced.
Thanks.

Correct, assuming it's always paid off in full so there's no trailing interest.0
