HFC - delay in paying up

I accepted an offer and it should have been paid up by June 18th.
Needless to say it wasn't - I contacted them and they told me that the payment had "bounced back", subsequently I asked them if they could send a cheque instead. They told me it can take upto 14 days for the cheque to appear - thats ok not worried about that.
3 further times I have had to phone them now and all 3 times they have told me the cheque has been returned to them as it was unable to be delivered to my address....
I actually work for the post office. It doesn't happen to the same person 3 times in 8 weeks.
What action can I take as I get the feeling this is going to keep going on and on - small claims court do you think?
Any advice will be massively appreciated...

Tell them if you don't receive it you'll go to the FOS and ask for compensation above what they've offered you.
Or e-mail the CEO - google for the email address.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
