JSA has not been paid

Hi there,
I am writing here for my mother, her JSA has not been paid into her account today. She signed in on tuesday and today would be her paying day.
She tried to call the hotline but as she is on giffgaff and dont has credit any more (like me, so i am unable to call for her) she was not able to call.
Then she went to her local jobcentre, and called the hotline from there. They told her they will call her back in 2 or 3 hours! She said the ppl at her local jobcentre refuse to help her as their say it has nothing to do with them?
She applied for housing benefit recently and as she spoke to a lady on the phone they said it could be one of the reason but on the other way, she just applied, it has not been approved yet and they cannot hold her money just because of this.
She has just a few penny left on her account, so she needs her money today.
Can maybe someone could give an advise what to do in her case? thank you so much!

Wait for them to call her back. It's only 9.40, so she has waited 40 minutes out of 2 -3 hours.0 -
Thank you for your fast reply! She is still at the jobcentre, she just called me and an adviser is there to help her now. But she cried on the phone I hope they are able to help her. She actually has a job interview this afternoon and right now not even money for the travelcard.0

Just to give you an update, she spoke to her adviser, the adviser said everything is fine they put it through the computer . but she adviser said that its probably a computer problem so my mother has to go back to the jobcentre later again and to call the hotline to find out what happened.
I thought maybe its her bank as she is with lloyds but I cannot see any message from lloyds that there is a problem with their system so i guess its really a jobcentre computer problem..0 -

Has she got anything that she can pawn or take to Cash Converters, just to get enough money for her interview? She probably has, and although not ideal it, it will at least get her to her interview.0 -

Thats a good idea, I will ask her that. I think she still has an old mobile phone she is not using any more, which she could sell.
She just told me that the adviser from the jobcentre told her she can get a travelcard she just need to bring later an exact address so they know what travel card she needs to get to the interview.
Thank you!0 -
if she tells the adviser she has a job interview their is something called flexible support fund that can help pay for a travel card to the interview.0
