No-Call-Out Charge Plumbers

Just get a local plumber (ask neighbours for recommendations).
Explain problem over the phone and say you just want a quote for repairs.
Plumber then comes over and says what he thinks is wrong and gives quotation (with details) for putting it right. There should be no charge for the quote.
Then if you are happy with the cost and what is proposed you can commission the plumber to do the work (in due course).0
