Mandsenergy is part of SSE, if the directdebit is billed as SSE I get cash back if it's billed Mandsenergy I don't

A friend rang Nationwide last week because the system would not allow them to open a 4th flexdirect. Big mistake, the customer service advisor pointed out that they already had 3 accounts which were maxed out and receiving interest when only one should be receiving interest. Now keeping their fingers crossed that their accounts have not been highlighted and the interest stopped on the other two.

And where did you gather that incorrect information from then?

Regardless of what you were allowed previously, you are now only allowed 2 of the 123 current accounts from Santander. Fact!

Yup I have just received 5% for 3 days, on my second flexdirect opened Aug 28.
