Canada Square Help

Hi.

I recently put in a claim in against my PPI through Canada Square Operations. I've heard lots of good things about people getting back the money and when I was told what they had done wrong in the way it was sold I filled in the form, expressed my concern and sent it back.

They sent me a letter back saying that during my application I stated that at that moment in time I currently did not have another PPI insurance in place. He has decided that because I didn't have one at that precise moment in time his belief is that even if they had sold it correctly and fully informed me it would not of affected my decision to continue with the policy.

How anyone can make an assumption like that is beyond me.

Anyone else had this? Or any advice?

Thanks

Ben
