The competition will run from 19/08/2013 to 29/09/2013. One prize will be drawn every two weeks for a period of six weeks, with three prizes in total. There will be one winner selected at random by Bella Italia from all those who enter the prize draw to win the first prize of a holiday to New York. This prize includes return flights for a family of four from a London airport to New York, deluxe accommodation and breakfast for four nights. Flights and accommodation are subject to availability, blackout dates apply. Transfers and spending money are not included. Tickets for the show are subject to availability. Prize is as stated and cannot be transferred or exchanged. No cash alternative with be offered. Only one entry allowed per email address. All competition entrants must be aged 11 or under and have a parent or guardian’s (must be over 18 years of age) permission to enter. Details provided must be that of a consenting adult. The winner of the competition will be contacted by email for the prize to be arranged. If Bella Italia does not receive acknowledgement from the selected winner by 11.59pm on 29/10/2013, another winner will be selected and notified by the same method as stated above. This competition is not open to employees of Bella Italia, Tragus or The Birmingham Stage Company their immediate families, agents, third parties, or anyone professionally connected with the competition. The selected winner must provide full name, address and relevant contact information. The decision on the competition winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning any such decision. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and confirm they are happy for any visual content provided to be used in any subsequent promotional material by Bella Italia both on and offline promotions and social media sharing. Hotel terms and conditions:

Valid through August 2014. Advance reservations required. Based upon hotel availability. Subject to blackout dates and other restrictions. Winner acknowledges that hotel stay is received without payment of any value or consideration. Award stays are not redeemable for cash. No cash or credit will be given for any unused portion of the stay. Winner has up to one year from notification date to redeem stay. Suite must be booked and the entire length of stay must occur on or before the expiration date. Stay is not transferable and cannot be resold. Use by any person other than the winner is invalid and void. Winner acknowledges that conferring of stay constitutes a mere gratuity issued at the discretion of Westin New York Grand Central and does not transfer any right, title or interest of any value.
