refund time scales?

Hi,
I had a refund put onto my vanquis card on the 21st august by Boots for £8.65. The reciept shows it clearly along with the transaction reference. However this hasn't apperared and they can't see it coming onto the account yet??!! I was told 7 days, but its been longer and boots are adamant that it was processed. Its never been this long before for a refund so im a little worried. Its the only thing outstanding on my balance now and don't want my DD to take it then end up in credit.
Anyone else had ridiculas wait times?

Well if its not on the account after 15 days. Talk to Vanquis dispute team.
With your receipt they will be able to chargeback for non receipt of refund.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0
