Was looking through my BT account online yesterday and noticed two plans being billed on my account. While looking up the plan named in the thread title, I came across the following MSE page:

Therefore, if the BT company representative at MSE can respond with a reasonable explantion as to what is happening or would like to explore the matter further, please reply to my post.
