Labour charges to remove the unit are probably similar to that of installing it, Then maybe extra to fill holes that are left behind.
They may offer you 50% of the units cost. If your lucky.
What they give you for the unit may not even cover the cost of the labour.
You maybe paying them to take it away... More money down the drain. Switch it off and dont use it maybe a cheaper alternative.
Maybe a call to say is there anyway to make it quieter.

as for the system since we getting them to take it out and returning it to them, we should not have to pay for that or the loss that it's come out of the box and is now second hand.
Out of interest, why do you think this?
It's been installed and used in your property. Why should the firm have to take the hit on the cost because you have changed your mind?0
