On the home or small business front there's little a computer engineer can do that you will be unable to complete yourself with advice from people on this site.0

It depends on the job, we do both. Hourly rates for onsite work, fixed prices for work brought in or collected. We can do fixed prices onsite but this again depends on the job requirements. We do NOT work in East Sussex though
