I care for my husband who has sevire epilepsy my 10 year old sonhas bone cancer and needs a lot of care I have a 1 year old im just woundering if I can get help with child care costs for my 1 year old:)

No as you don't work, however, if you contact your health visitor they can look at whether you are entitled to a child in need local authority place based on your child's needs.
This will involve a CAF and they may contact social services (very rare but I like to be honest). I used to pass placements line this daily as it is important that the 1 year old has their needs met whilst you are caring.0 -
You are also entitled to a carer's assessment, which looks at your needs, and this could also trigger help with a council nursery place. It is by no means certain that this will happen, as although the assessment may say you need something but SS might not have the budget, but it's worth a try.0
