By entering this competition; entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
Crew Clothing Co. reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition rules at any time.
Employees of Crew Clothing Co., or any company involved in the competition or members of their immediate family or household are not eligible to enter the competition.
There is no purchase requirement to enter the competition.
Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Crew Clothing Co. reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. If the potential winner is unable to take the prize, potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to the prize.
The competition runs from the 15th July 2013 and closes at midnight on the 31st August 2013.
All entries will be judged by Crew Clothing, their favourite 5 will then go to Crew Ambassador Ben Fogle to select the overall winner.
The winner will be notified by Friday 6th September 2013, if the winner cannot or does not collect the prize within a week after notification then a new winner will be selected.
Entrants of any age can take part, either singly or as part of a family. If taking part as a family, only one entry can be made.
The prize to win, a luxurious 7 night stay in a three bedroom Garden House at Martinhal Beach Resort & Hotel for you and your family (2 adults and 3 children) worth £1,700.

• The house accommodates a maximum of 6 people
• Prize available for 2 adults and 3 children (max 12 years)
• Self-catering basis
• The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative
• The closing date is 31/08/13
• The prize is offered subject to availability
• The prize offer is valid for travel from 1st October 2013 until 23rd May 2014 (Excluding from 23rd December 2013 until1st January 2014 and from 12th until 25th April 2014)
• The prize does not include flights but will include return transfers from Faro Airport
• The prize winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity about his experience at Martinhal
• The winner must liaise with Martinhal Reservations to arrange suitable dates
• All spending money and other expenses (including all personal expenses, upgrades, meals, in-room charges such as, mini bar consumption, telephone calls, laundry services etc.) as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

Crew Clothing Co., and all partners involved cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.
The taking of the prize experience is a contract between the winner and the providers of the various elements of the prize experience and is subject also to any terms and conditions of the providers of those elements.

Entrants agree on their behalf, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (“Released Parties”) to release, defend and hold harmless Crew Clothing Co., and any partner involved, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, expenses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, claims and demands whatsoever against Released Parties arising out of or in connection with entrant’s participation, acceptance and use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related activities.

The prize winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity; Crew Clothing Co. reserves the right to use names of winners, their photographs and audio/visual recordings of them in publicity. Photos may be used in the press or online.

The judges’ decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into. Illegible entries or those not in accordance with the rules will be disqualified; by entering the competition, competitors will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules.
