Be Careful - unless you successfully apply the discount password the cost for full European cover is higher through the MSE link than direct - There is a £4 surcharge for payment by credit card and this is not apparent when completing the transaction or shown in the confirmation email - a non completed enquiry was direct debited along with a completed one thus giving duplicated cover for the same car/owner - It is not clear in the online application whether the cover is for just the named driver or for any other driver (the car) The confirmation suggests emailing the company if there are any queries but the email link does not work. The telephone number for customer services (option 3 - not sales) reached someone who was unconcerned about online bookings and did not listen properly to the concerns raised and only then learned from him about the undocumented £4 surcharge
