Tesco Clubcard - huge thumbs up!

Massive appreciation to Tesco for their recent level of service.
On Sunday, I logged onto the Tesco Clubcard site to see how many points I still hand to spend, as I knew it was around £30 worth. Ideally, I wanted to exchange them possibly for restaurant vouchers.
My heart literally snk when I discovered I had about £3 to spend. Looking into it closer, I appeared that around £35 had been spent somewhere near Livepool.
After immediatly changing m password and email address in the account, I emailed Tesco Clubcard.
They replied within hours - on a Sunday night, during a bank holiday weekend.
They were apologetic - apparently you shouldn't be able to spend points without showing the card. They credited my Clubcard account with he "stolen" points, which I will get in the next statement.
Thank you Tesco - really appreciate your fantastic level of service.

You're joking right?
Tesco have known about this problem for almost a year and have done NOTHING about it other than to tell people it's their own fault for using passwords that are too easy.
It's clear from the scale of this problem and the from the thousands of pounds worth of vouchers that have been stolen that Tesco have a major problem with either hacking of their site or large scale fraud being carried out by their own employees.
All they have to do to prevent this problem is remove the ridiculous option on the Clubcard site of being able to print out vouchers and a temporary card to use with them, but after a year, they still haven't.
Read this, you may not think they're so wonderful after.
