What the cheapest way to get shopping cart or pay button onto my website.......I know nothing about IT so please be gentle
I'm trying so hard to be thrifty, but it doesn't come naturally. You lot are an inspiration!

You can make a pay with paypal button on the PayPal website. For small time stuff it is a simple and cheap way to go. If you need a shopping cart where multiple items can be added etc I'd look to a managed service line uk-based Romancart (they have a free tier, other services are available). You set up all your products inside it, then they handle everything until you have to post out the orders.0
