Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is WDFC UK Limited (“we, us”) unless otherwise stated. WDFC UK Limited has a trading style of wonga.com
2. You do not need to have or take out a wonga.com loan to enter.
3. To enter the competition you need:
   • To be a UK resident;
   • To be 18+; and
   • To have either:
     • Entered the Great Football Giveaway using the Facebook app on the wonga.com Facebook page;
     • clicked a link to the Great Football Giveaway app on a wall post from a friend on Facebook;
     • clicked a link to the Great Football Giveaway app on a page post on wonga.com’s Facebook page;
     • clicked a link to the Great Football Giveaway app on an invite from a friend on Facebook; or
     • clicked a link to the Great Football Giveaway app on a tweet from someone you follow on Twitter.
4. The prize consists of a football shirt of the team of your choice (costing up to a maximum of £60) or a £40 ASOS online voucher.
5. The prizes referred to in clause 4 will be awarded each weekday during the promotion between 28th August 2013 and 13th September 2013.
6. Each prize is subject to availability and Wonga accept no responsibility for the availability or shipping of the items. The prizes are non-transferable, however, a cash equivalent of £30 will be available should the winner wish to choose this instead. Each prize shall include delivery costs of sending the prize to the winner’s UK address.
7. The prize draw will take place at 5pm each weekday of the promotion starting on 28th August 2013 and ending at 5pm on 13th September 2013. We reserve the right to extend the prize draw at our sole discretion.
8. One entry to the prize draw will be automatically generated per participant on each day they visit the app. A maximum of nine additional entries may be automatically generated per day by:
   • inviting up to five friends (on Facebook) and
   • clicking the tweet button within the app and sending the tweet (via Twitter).
   • sharing (by clicking the Facebook share button within the app),
   • posting to the Wonga.com Facebook page.
   All entries generated will be displayed within the app.
9. Wonga.com will send an email to the email address associated with each of the winners’ Facebook accounts. This email will inform the entrant that they have won and which of the prizes referred to in condition 4 above that they have won. In order to claim the prize, the winner needs to reply to this email within 7 days and provide wonga.com with their full address and account details as applicable so that wonga.com can arrange for the prize to be sent to the winner. If the winner does not respond to our email within 7 days, a new winner will be randomly drawn from all the entries received.
10. Competition winners agree to allow us to display their first name, Facebook username, Facebook profile picture on our website and Facebook page to inform other visitors to our website and Facebook page.
11. Unless the entrant states otherwise, entering the competition will allow us to use the entrant's details in future marketing activities and communications.
12. The competition is not open to WDFC UK Limited (or any other group company) employees or their direct relations.
13. We reserve the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice.
14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and entrants are providing information to us and not to Facebook.
15. The judge’s decision is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into.
