Terms of the Competitions of WIN HOLIDAYS - HOLIDAY WIN

1) Participation rights in our competitions has everyone who fills out this form and is adult or has the consent of his/her guardian.
Employees of GHG are not allowed.

2) Each participant may have one participation in each prize. The entries recorded by email, a contestant may participate more times with same name and different email. Additionally anyone may gain more entries (9 more, total 10 for each competition involved) accepting the registration of our newsletter. Participants may repeat the above proccess in subsequent competitions.

3) The draw will take place on September 16th, unless announced differently to our facebook page(https://www.fb.com/GreeceHolidaysGuideGr we advise you to like our fb page to stay informed). For each prize will be one lottery draw. The draw will take place at our offices (151 Arkadiou street, Rethymnon) 12:00 midday. Anyone who wishes may attend.

4) The time of the prize use will be made according to the description of the offer and always according to hotel availability. The prizes can not be resold, and may be used within a period of one year from the draw date.

5) If a price winner does not wish to use the prize, or fails to comply with the terms of the competition or contact within 30 days of the date of the draw then irreversibly loses the prize, which can be used again at the next contest.

6) The results will be posted on our Facebook page and we will email the contestants.

7) The organizers have the right to store and publish data of participants such as the names of the winners, facebook name, email, telephone number, sessions, etc., to sent messages or communicate with the winners or participants, for the success of a competition. The data of the participants remain confidential and not given to third parties.

8) The organizers reserve the right to modify the conditions of the competitions. Participation in the competition implies that the participants agree to these terms.

9) If you want to be deleted from our records sent us your facebook name with the title `unparticipate and delete`, from our contact form.
