Bank blocked access to my account

I want bore everyone with all the details but in brief we had a business account and business loan account with Lloyds. Both are now with their recoveries department. However, we now no longer appear to have any access to the accounts. In fact when we went to the branch to speak to them about it they said that the accounts don't exist !! - I wish - perhaps we don't owe them any money then !!
Point is, we have no idea what amount of charges/interest they are adding. Whilst speaking to a solicitor about another matter I mentioned this and he said there is no way they can not allow you access. I am going to write to Lloyds asking for access but I don't know what to put. Does anyone have a template letter for this sort of thing ?

Is it possible the account has been closed by the recoveries department and you now just owe any debt that was associated with the accounts?0

If the account has been closed off to recoveries the original accounts and loan would have been closed down.
New ones would have been opened in recoveries - have you spoken to recoveries to ask them?0 -
Yes, that makes sense I suppose, I guess that's what's happened. But shouldn't they still send me some sort of statement or something. Since November 2012 we have had nothing and we have no idea what sort of interest they are charging - in fact I dread to think. I have tried phoning them but so far I have been passed around and trying to get hold of the person who has been corresponding with us about the accounts is impossible. I'll get back on to it tomorrow. Thanks0
