Private Parking Charge

Hi guys,

Just need some advice re not paying a VCS parking notice.
I have appealed to the parking authority, then POPLA, and of course my letters have been refused by both.

My payment is due with the private parking authority (VCS) today.

The car is registered with my company and so the letters come here. I am actually resigning and am leaving England, so am not that bothered about the letters. I just don't want to leave a bad impression with my bosses. I'm still here for the next two months and am sure I'll get a letter before I leave. How do I get them to post the letters elsewhere? Or should I not bother?

on what grounds do you want to get out of it?

unfair, it wasnt you, unenforcable...

hard to say with zero circumstances.. as it stands it sounds like you were legitimately fined and you just cant be bothered paying it so want a technicality?

No. According to the OP it was a PPC not a "fine"
