MCOL "General Form of Judgement or Order"

I was the defendant in a money claim online which went through the small claims court. The claimant didn't bother to turn up so i received a N24 'General Form of Judgement or Order' stating the claimant's claim will be struck out, and they have been ordered to pay me £90. The deadline for them to do so has passed so what are my options? The receptionist at the county court wasn't much help, they just said this N24 is not a CCJ so I can not go down the route of bailiffs etc.
Do I now have to start a new MCOL to enforce the judgement of the last MCOL?
Its only a small amount but the claimant seems to have thought bully tactics of filing their claim in the first place would be enough to get me to pay them money I didn't owe, so I'm keen not to let them get away with it.

They would have paid money to file the claim, so it's unusual someone didn't turn up.
If you ended up out of pocket, then yes, I would imagine you would have to send them a "Letter Before Action" to ask for the money they now owe you, then take it to court if they don't respond.
They might then come up with some excuse why they couldn't attend court, so the whole thing could get dragged up again.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
The N24 form which would have been sent to the claimant already had "further action will be taken if you do not respond" etc so I'm hoping another 'letter before action' isn't needed, especially as this is just a follow on from another claim. it could still be another 6 months before it gets to court, what a palaver!0
