1. Open to UK residents aged 18 and over except the promoter’s advertising agency and sales promotion consultancy, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.

2. Entries to the free prize draw must be submitted by September 20th - any entries received after this time/date shall be discarded and will not count

3. The prize for the free prize draw is an overnight stay for 2 and breakfast at The Continental Hotel in London, MyCocktail product and Lionsgate DVDs

4. The hotel prize is for accommodation and breakfast only, all incidentals and minibar expenses are not included and must be covered by the prize winner.

5. The prize must be redeemed by March 20th 2014

6. The winner will be the first entry form drawn at random on September 20th and will be notified by email by September 25h. They will have five (5) working days to respond in full to the email or another winner will be drawn.

7. The editor’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Lionsgate, MyCocktail and the promoter’s advertising agency shall not accept any liability to the winner, or their companions, for any damage to their personal property

9. There is no cash alternative to the prize, which is subject to availability, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable. The prize may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition or promotion by the winner

10. Prize details are correct at the date of this agreement. Events may occur that render the media promotion itself or the awarding of prizes impossible due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of Lionsgate. In this situation, Lionsgate may at its discretion vary or amend prizes so as to provide reasonable alternative prizes, and prize winners agree that no liability shall attach to Lionsgate or parties connected to Lionsgate as a result

11. Proof of submission shall not be proof of receipt. Entries that are incomplete incorrectly filled in, illegible or fraudulent or those not received in accordance with the terms and conditions shall be deemed invalid and not accepted. Lionsgate, the promoter’s advertising agency and sales promotion consultancy do not accept any responsibility for technical failures, which prevent an entrant from submitting an entry, and no responsibility will be accepted by Lionsgate, the promoter’s advertising agency and sales promotion consultancy for entries lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission.
