The prize draw is open to all UK residents over the age of 50 with a permanent UK address, except employees and retirees of Acromas Group Limited, their families or anyone connected with the
prize draw.
2. Only one entry per household is permitted.
3. Winner must be aged 50 years or older with travelling companion aged 40 and over.
4. Prize is one tour for two people of Historic Split to Heavenly Hvar. Flights will be of economy standard. Prize includes transfers to and from UK airport from any location in mainland Britain. Prize does not include travel insurance or spending money.
5. Travel insurance is essential and it is the responsibility of the winner to organise.
6. The departure date of the holiday prize will be discussed when winner is notified, and is subject to availability. Holiday must be taken by May 31, 2014.
7. No purchase is necessary.
8. The closing date for entry is September 30, 2013. The winner will be randomly selected in an independently supervised draw on October 1, 2013.
9. Saga reserve the right to alter the rules and the prize, provided an alternative prize is of
equivalent value.
10. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The winner will be notified by telephone or email within 21 days of the draw taking place.
12. By entering this competition all entrants agree to participate in post-event publicity, and for their photo, name and home county to be published.
13. The winner’s name may be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Holidays Marketing, Enbrook Park, Sandgate, Folkestone, Kent CT20 3SE.
14. Entry to the prize draw is deemed acceptance of the rules.
