Mutualpoints

Hi, I am new to this so not sure if I am doing it right but here goes. Has anyone else had trouble with Mutualpoints. I applied for £25 worth of points to be paid to paypal on 12th July. The points were removed from account but since then nothing. I have sent emails on 10th,14th, 18th and 28th August and not had a single reply. I have checked my paypal account but nothing there. I am still receiving emails from them to click on links but customer services seem to be just ignoring me, any thoughts would be most grateful
