This is open to a veeeeery long list of countries and you really need to read the rules to see if you want to enter. Very basically though....
"Participants may:a) record a video clip for the music "Forza, Santander’s Tribute to Scuderia Ferrari" previously available on the YouTube channel.
Videos must have a duration of more than 15 (fifteen) seconds and fewer than 60 (sixty) seconds, be under 2Gb and be in the following formats: .MOV, .MPEG4, .AVI, .WMV, .MPEGPS, .FLV, 3GPP, WebM.
b) and/or upload a photo with a design proposal for the CD cover.
Each photo should be less than 4Mb and be in .JPG or .PNG format.
Each participant may participate as many times as he/she wishes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a participant, regardless of the number of videos or photos he/she uploads, can only choose one of the three main prizes."
