FlowEnergy Switch took nearly 3 months
I'm a frequent searcher/switcher and was wondering if this is a rare experience ....
Applied 1 May 2013 and the electric switch went OK but due to a breakdown in the switching process the Gas never completed until 23 Jul 2013...
They have stated that :
To make sure you don’t lose out, we’re going to pay you the saving on your gas supply that you would have made if your switch had happened when it was supposed to. Just to be clear, this is the difference between what you’re currently paying your existing supplier for gas and what you would have paid Flow for your home energy, for the period of the delay. This will be applied to your account as a credit when your switch is finalised
Flowenergy's 'account portal' where you can log in and see your bill details, seems to be also taking a long time to become 'live' so at the moment I am unable to actually see my bills to verify if this 'price guarantee' has been applied to my account.
Anyone else suffered any delays with a switch to Flowenergy?

Just search for Flow Energy. Lots of posts. Mostly bad news I'm afraid.
Still, the good news is that they've pulled the plug on signing new customers until next April - if they ever get their act sorted.I'd rather be a disappointed optimist than a self-satisfied pessimist0 -
